i communicated with Walmt n Fedex to not deliver N RETURN, since it was going to be day late. We were already flying in the air when locks to be delivered and no one home or able to get pkg It sit by apt door for 9 days and had been rained on. I'm impressed it wasn't stolen. BBUT AT LAST MINUTE. WE HAD TO BUY OTHERS NIGHT BEFORE FLIGHT.
