I have been waiting for three days for seller to contact me in reference to my order. I had company coming and really needed the merchandise. It came four days late and it was wrong item.

Make sure you read and see if it is what you are wanting but the return was easy but Walmart would not take it back. They said it didn’t come from them even though it was on my Walmart account …

nothing bad about the quality or the shipper. all good.

I paid for this item but never got it. FedEx left it in my front lawn on October 11 and it got stolen. It is now October 17 I have not been given a refund or a replacement item. I basically just lost $140.

The collor is totally different from the picture. I returned the item

No controls and it didn’t look like they finished making it. No kind of padding what so ever, just cotton and heating wire.

Delivery arrived much quicker than estimated and 3 packages arrived the same day to complete our order. Items were in almost perfect condition, but the tiny imperfections looked fine with the rustic style.
