I believe this seller to be fraudulent. I returned the shoelaces as directed to my nearest Walmart customer service desk. The associate took the shoelaces and I was initially issued a refund. However four days later the refund was reversed on my credit card. I am now out of shoelaces and money.

I love these laces; they were easy to install on my running shoes and putting on or taking off the shoes goes easily. They stay tight throughout the day and I like them. They came in a set of 3 so I can use them for 3 pairs of shoes.
