FAILURE TO ACKNOWLEDGE CONTACT FROM BUYER WALMART CUST SERVICE ONLY REPEATING NEED TO CONTACT SELLER AND AFTER DAYS OF ENTERING MESSAGE TO SELLER IT ALLOWS CUST SERV TO CALL YOU WHO SOMEHOW AFTER HAVING ME THEN ENTER MY SITUATION DETAILS NUMEROUS TIMES FOR EACH CUST REP, ONLY TO TELL ME TO EXPECT REFUND IN EMAILED GIFT CARD THAT DIDNT ARRIVE AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SAME THING ENTERING DETAILS JUST TO BE COLDLY TOLD I SHOULD HAVE CALLED SOONER ,? THEY CALLED ME THE INTERFACE DICTATES WHAT BUYER CAN AND CANT DO I AM INSULTED CHEATED DUPED AND ABUSED THIS IS A MESS OVER A PURPOSELY ILL PLACED AD/ITEM THAT SHOULD BE SOLD IN DECOR PERIOD SOLD IN TOYS PERIOD. I WILL HAVE TO PURSUE THIS BY OTHER AVENUE TO BE SURE. I TRUSTED WALMART FOR SOME TIME AND NOW THIS IS VERY DISCONCERTING TO SAY THE LEAST .
I do shop around for value, price and service. I have always had a good experience when I have made purchases at X8. A company worth checking out.
