Not the sellers fault but they should know the item was open because of shipping. I almost didnt use it. IM SO GLAD I USED IT CUZ I LOVE IT!!!!!

Item is misrepresented as 100% pure lanolin. However, petroleum jelly is listed as the primary ingredient and lanolin as the secondary ingredient.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my purchase included a concentrator attachment. That wasnt mentioned in the description.

I purchased the exact same product at dollar general for 3 dollars. What a rip off this was. !!. Wont purchase from seller again.

I finally received my shipment after five day delay by the USPS

this is the best lip product for dryness. i use it nightly and never need any other treatments.

Had to wait almost a week. I went to the big A and it came overnight !
