I ordered the jewelweed salve- yet received the calendula. I had to return it and order the jewelweed for a second time. I received the calendula salve AGAIN! I had to return it..but I'm no longer ordering from this company, because 3rd time isn't always a charm..I'd still probably get the wrong item. WORST of all..I contacted the company regarding the issue..yet I never heard back . So not only will they not send the correct item ordered..but they have horrible customer service too. Very disappointing.

This product works really well on ear wax and keep in mind that less is more because you only need a little oil in the dropper to make a difference in the ear. It takes a few uses but it's helped a lot.
