The item arrived several days before the initial estimated delivery time for my order.

The part was delivered sooner than expected, but trying to reach them by phone was not possible. They had no voice mailbox or other means of leaving them a message.

The piece is completely identical to the old one and I think it is the original, and the broken one I had bought from Sears more than five years ago and it broke and the shelf fell to put something heavy on it, thank God I found them at Wal-Mart

The part is still working. it arrived a week sooner than promised. I ordered two. The first, I had to pay to get it to be shipped earlier. The second came earlier on it's own. Wish that were true for the first one.

Very prompt shipment and the product worked perfectly.

Arrived faster then expected,no problems at all!highly recommend.

Order turn around was quick, price was OK, but part was another story.
