Absolutely abysmal customer service. Like all other reviews, they sent the wrong product and are completely incapable of returning emails. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GOLDBOX ONLINE/BLUEFIRE ENTERPRISES EVER.

I ordered a computer keyboard and received an Iphone case. I have sent multiple messages regarding a refund and have not received a response from the seller. In reading reviews several people had the same experience, receiving the wrong item and no communication from the seller.

I received the wrong item and BlueFire Enterprises LLC / Gold Box Online has yet to return my phone calls. It has been over 20 days. I will certainly not buy from a 3rd party seller from walmart.com again!
