I've never been shipped an item so unlike its description

I figured the first item was a fluke. Maybe they made a mistake and sent me a used one. I reordered and got the next one in worse condition. Although I can appreciate the sale price, the condition is terrible. both boxes are taped together and overall in used condition. I can't tell if the knife itself is used but, since this is a gift I have to return it. Not pleased at all.

Seller did Not sell a new Fitbit.!! Was opened and clasp was off of the strap and the clear adhesive was already removed from the face of the Fitbit. Never again . It's being returned

I would like to contact the seller but not initiative return. I just need a new band. It doesn’t seem like there is anywhere for me to do this besides initiating a return.

Item arrives in what looks like a used box. No security tape. The box looks old and beaten up. Content inside looks decent, but looks used as well, when it should be new. Upon charging, the device failed to maintain any charges.
