Product came quickly. It was packed very well but it appeared that somewhere it was crushed. The electric plug was damaged and though still operable it is loose. I'm waiting for a callback or replacement plug. It's more my fault I haven't heard from them than theirs. They did everything else correctly so I can't complain. I will definitely order more of these gems as I upgrade my lighting.
