Item shipped early and safely. There were a few smudges on the outside of the holder when I took the candle holder out, so someone touched them. Not a superb first impression. I never called their customer support, so I can't speak on that.

I liked the size it was perfect for a wedding card holder I made like a hot air balloon but the paper was so thin when I tried to add lights to the inside the paper would tear!

They were shipped and received on time. However the box was VERY lightweight and flimsey. I was lucky that they arrive unbroken. The shipper needs to correct this problem.
