Didn’t have an interaction with seller. I bought 2 items saying they would be here in a couple days. One didn’t arrive until over a week later. I don’t know if this was the shipping company or seller.

The straws came well packed, on time and they didn't waste $$ with a huge box and filler, but it was large enough no to get lost or misplaced by the postal servers.
