There was a little confusion on my end after our package arrived. After calling Two-Way / submitting a message to them on Walmart they called me back directly within 20 mins which surprised me. They walked me through where the parts I couldn't locate were in the packaging and ensured that all the items were there that were purchased within the combo packs. If I ever need radios again in the future I know where to go to get the proper customer service! Thanks again.
