Received the item and found it wouldn't work for our situation. Tried to return it and was told I had to send it back to the company who shipped it (not Walmart who I purchased it from). The other company is telling me I have to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee. So a $50.00 item will cost me over $20.00 to return! Unacceptable.
