The package did not arrive in a great condition, the outside package seemed damaged but the inside was safe. I would think better packaging might reduce risk of damage to the product. Otherwise the shipping was prompt, only the packaging material could have been more thicker maybe or had right fillers inside.

clearly was a used item. It had a chip where the cup is attached on the motor unit so it didn’t properly lock any of the cups. Had many stains and dings which is deeply disappointing. The cups had dust and debris of many kinds in each one. Cannot understand how they felt comfortable shipping this when we didn’t order a “used” one. Even then, basic cleaning is necessary. There is clearly a shipping sticker from the previous buyer on the box below the sticker that shows our shipping details. Stay away from

Seller can only sell what the company provides so I won't bash them. Only problem is that it took a lil longer to get here than I would've liked. Other than that, this is a decent seller.

Container was dented in shipment but seal was in tact. Arrived on time. thanks

opened package and loose like it is a used product, very disappointed. would like to return it soon. we paid 2 year warranty also

The mixer didn't work. It didn't even switch on despite trying in different sockets in the house. I don't know if it was incompatible or just damaged but it was very disappointing. I regret making this purchase.

The item came with the glass lid broken. The seller was supposed to give a call back, but that never happened. Walmart did compensate with a coupon for that.

Seller is not responding to my call or mail though they sent me the wrong item
