At the time I ordered the quail to be sent to my daughter in another state, I also accidentally ordered them for myself as well. I was too slow to cancel in time, so the second set came to my house. A Walmart agent who helped me at the time of the order also told me what to do when the item arrived. I followed the directions for my refund and the return of the extra quails unopened to the sender.
