They sent us a tiny cheap notebook instead of the product we ordered and then when we requested that they send us the correct item, they made us ship back the notebook (which couldn't have been worth as much as the shipping cost). At least we didn't have to pay return shipping, but we shouldn't have been further inconvenienced for their mistake especially for an item that probably costs less than a dollar to produce.
