EPC was very quick to help me with the return and apologized for the mistake. They told me that the products they sell are always refurbished units but that somehow are listed as new on walmart.com - when they saw the damage to the unit, I was informed this product should have not shipped.

I emailed and inquired about the monitors, and received a reply the next day. The individual was upfront in saying that they were refurbished and had a 30 day warranty, Walmart's Web Site didn't mention that the monitors were refurbished, but at the price that was on the site made it obvious.
