They did give me a refund without a big hassle, but I wish that I did not need one!

They allowed me to keep the cup and I was given a refund. I thought that made my purchase not so bad because I could buy another lid for it that fit better. I used my ozark lid (which you can buy separate) on the cup and it worked much better than the original lid.
