Recharge PC

Don’t do it; I made a big mistake ordering this product that was supplied by Discount computer depot through Walmart. After taking 2 weeks to get someone from tech support, they sent me a laptop that would not charge the battery. Then sent me a battery to install with no instruction-I used YouTube. They only had 1 of 4 screws in the machine holding it in. Then went on a zoom for work to be embarrassed with a web cam that was shifted 2 ft to the left and in black and white. Supervisor not available to speak with. They are always in meetings, obviously not quality control or customer service.

All arrived well packages and quickly. One day later thamn announced but that's very normal these days with shipping companies

I had an issue with the new keyboard that they sent me and they promptly sent out a new on. Computer works like a new one for less that it would have cost me to update my old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Would definitely purchase another computer from them in the future.

Computer came as advertised and right on time. A little confusing with Windows 10 having to read small print on computer but all else good!
