I ordered a mop and only received the mop head. The description clearly states that it is a 360 rotating mop with a stainless steel handle. I contacted the seller through Walmart and was offered a 30% refund for the "registration error on the platform." I accepted their offer since the mop head fits a mop I already had, but errors should be fixed as soon as they are known.
