packaged really well and the box it came in is pretty nice it's a big set of tools and they did a nice job

Sellers item was junk. Shipping took over 14 days. They did respond to emails within 48 hours. They did not follow through with initial offer to refund or replace. They blamed the delivery carrier when the tracking showed the item was not out for delivery- only a label created.

Quick shipping, accurate description, just the packaging needs some bubble wrap or paper for the damage the delivery drivers cause. Box arrived damaged was product okay.
