Hello Alessandra! I responded to your message the day after I received it. In my response, I asked you to take a pic of the incorrect item. I never received a response to that message. Perhaps you never received it but it is listed in Walmart's files. Later, you returned the incorrect map. I messaged you again, apologizing for the error and then sent you the map that you ordered. If you had seen and responded to my initial reply, this would have been resolved in less than a week. It was not a matter of rudeness.
