Non existent. After 3 weeks E-bike broke down.We can not get a response from this company or a response from walmart who sold it.Their name is (Attach Fashion) what kind of name is that for selling an E-bike?

If I could give negative one million stars, I would! I purchased an e-bike for my son for Christmas through them. First the bike arrived with a broken brake on the handle bars. I reached out to the seller for advice on how to proceed with this and didn’t hear back for months. By the time I heard back from someone the bike had already stopped working all together. I replied to their email and told them the bike stopped working and no one ever replied! I tried asking Walmart for help and they contacted the seller on my behalf and again, no one ever replied! I am now forced to contact the manufacturer for help because Walmart would not back the product either. I would not recommend this bike, this seller, or Walmart. Very dissatisfied.
