Didn’t help at all. They don’t want to be responsible for the arranging the pick up o labels for return and Walmart store don’t take the item for return.

wasn't very good quality. wasn't clear on how many packages so when I received only 2 I thought they didn't ship it all. a few days later 2 more arrive but tracking never said anything about the last 2 it had said completely delivered. I returned at the beginning of the month and still have yet to receive my refund.

The female side of the buckle that locks the chair closed was missing but luckly the buckle is not really needed when you have the chair on your back it stays closed on it's own
