I ordered and mailed out fitting results Since Jan 25 , no response no follow up Is this a scam?

AMAZING customer service!!! i accidentally ordered the bottom trays and i wanted the top, they still allowed me to mold with the wrong tray, they kept me informed in every process, when they received it, when they sent it back to me, and even reached out when they got notification that it arrived asked how the fit was and making sure i was satisfied. i will 1009% recommend this company. the mouthpiece itself is extremely high quality and exactly what i was wanting.
