I had one of the most wonderful experiences dealing with there return process. AND I DID NOT WISH TO RETURN, because of the Beautiful Product! I LOVED IT!! I unfortunately just had a HORRIBLE PHONE EXPERIENCE... NOT THE CASE. The case DESIGN, MAKE OR DURABLITY are FANTASTIC! So I explaining my return reason to DTECK, they kindly gave me a full refund %26 ALLOWED ME TO KEEP THE CASE! <3 Even though I returned the phone due to its issue. THANK YOU AGAIN DTECK. You all actually deserve 100 stars for your rating!!!!!!!!!!

Worst purchase I ever made. Cannot use in case.Have to remove from case to see screen. Is glued in so it cannot be removed once it is put in. Cannot be returned because you cannot take it off.
