frays and ripped

frays all throughout the sewing along legs and waistline. Pull em or cut em and 5 more come back. Size was wayyyyy off with Walmart smart size memory. Large??? Was like 26 inch waist. i must have gotten a small one but the tag that it should have doesn't even state the size at all. BAGGY nope. Not ordering again.
