I love this product. A brand I tried prior to this one (Naturalife Lab bought from Amazon), it didn't sit well with my stomach. If anything I felt groggy and my stomach felt uneasy after taking it each time. This brand has given me NO stomach problems, it has sort of a strong scent but nothing bothersome, it's certainly given me energy throughout the day as well as improving my libido which I love ;)! I haven't noticed a peak in appetite but energy and and increased sex drive yes ma'am!

Not a bad product sometimes I feel they may work a little better than my ashwaganda but verdict still out

It's a good product; you have to follow the instructions. With a good routine, you'll reap many benefits and have perfect energy. I recommend it.

Great for balancing hormones

This is a great product! I work night shift, and when I flip back to a normal day schedule on nights when I don't work, I am lifeless and un-energetic! I started taking a few of these a day, and sometimes even open the capsules into my coffee in the morning! I've noticed a difference for sure. A much better alternative than Red Bull or shots of espresso!

Maca root was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I've been taking it for less than one month and have noticed several benefits. Increased energy; increased libido; and a decrease in facial hair growth. My husband claims I am "curvier." I have noticed a slight weight gain but think the gain is in all the right places!

I take 2 per day, after a week, it change my strength and body performance.

Can't tell much difference in taking it or not taking it.
