I ordered these pieces a month ago. The chair was displayed and described as a recliner. It’s a chair not a recliner. The measurements are completely off. I paid out of pocket for professionals to assemble something that is so simple but due to the defective parts it’s impossible to assemble. These people would not come a pick the items up as there is nothing I can do with it. This has been the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend ordering furniture online especially from this merchant. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. All the money I’ve lost due to the inconvenience not to mention you can’t speak to anyone everything is through email and they reply back in a way where they’re insulting my intelligence. The furniture is easy to assemble but again due to the defective parts and the measurements being off it’s impossible!!!
