Good for big Oakleys!

Fit nice and snug on Oakley Fuel Cells. Does not pull hair or beard hair. Nice short length stays out of the way too. Comfortable and efficient. Very pleased and will buy more.

Product Sent is Different than Product Advertised

I ordered "Eyewear Rtnr Cord, Bk, 15-1/2 In, SS" which are sleek, unassuming, and attractive. I was sent Chums Orbiter, which are big, bulky, and completely different than what I ordered. I know that the terms on the website are: "2. Product Substitution. Products (and country of origin) may be substituted and may not be identical to catalog or website published descriptions and/or images." However, shouldn't the consumer have a choice in what they are buying, and shouldn't Zoro send out an email telling me the product I ordered is unavailable (or any other reason) giving me the choice of what I am sold?
