Titanium is really easy on my neck. I can hear breath and heart sounds as easily as with 'scopes costing twice as much. 36 Years as a Respiratory Therapist.

I use this to do assessments. It is very good and seems to amplify the sounds. The only thing is the bell flips easily.

Using it daily and the quality of the sound is so good.

Beautiful instrument! Much better listening, but when riding in the back of an ambulance, it also amplifies the road noise, making it difficult to hear lung and heart sounds. Just something new to get used to.
