We have dwarf Robo hamsters and they really like this, mostly for where they sleep. It's good for all the cage, but for the price, we use Aspen bedding throughout the cage and this for where they sleep. Basically no dust. Does show pee/poop very clearly, which has its positives and negatives (:

I have had good experiences with Kaytee products and especially this one. The bedding absorbs moisture and liquids well. And I like the touch and feel of the texture. So does my hamster Brownie who rearranges the bedding as she prepares and likes. Liked by both of us!

How do I start? One It's only good if you have those tiny prisons the stores call a hamster cage. (barely enough room for even a dwarf hamster.) But if you have a cage bigger (A real cage) then it wouldn't cover much. 10.00 for that little bedding is a bit steep if I was owner of Walmarts,I would charge 6.00 for that little bit of bedding you get.
