You may initially experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake. Directions (Adults 12 yrs and over). 5 capsules 4 times daily. Consult a doctor if you are considering use of this product as part of a cholesterol-lowering program. 5 capsules 4 times daily. Consult your doctor before use if you are currently using medication to control your blood sugar levels. 2 to 5 capsules up to 4 times daily for fiber supplementation. The order came in a timely fashion which is very important to me. In comparing prices with other like stores, you had the best price for the product. My only disappointment was that I could only find it in 100 capsule bottles. I just recently moved here from another area and always purchased this product in 300 count bottles. I was hoping to be able to find that same count here. If the 300 count bottle is (or will be) available, I would be glad to order it the next time I am in need of this product.
