Heating Instructions: 1. Empty one pouch into a microwave safe mug. 2. Add 2 tbsp and 2 tsp water and stir with a spoon. Ensure cake mix is well blended by running a spoon along the bottom mug edge and stir for 30 seconds or until batter is smooth. 3. Microwave on high for 1 min 10 seconds. Cook time will vary depending on microwave. Cool for 2 minutes before eating. Caution: Mug will be hot to the touch, use mug handle to remove from the microwave.

Actually really good
These are actually really good. I got the cinnamon coffee cake. I was so excited about it and they delivered. It was nicely cinnamonny and the texture was great. I did use oat milk and eyeballed the tablespoons for it. I was so excited about it I let my friend try it who isn't gluten free and they said "this is pretty legit"

Phenomenal!
My husband and I mix one up in the mornings and drink with our coffee. They are so tasty (we've tried all 4 flavors). They are nice and warm when they are done in the microwave. Highly recommend!!

Gluten Free Happiness In A Mug
What a great treat! It's easy to make, not too sweet, and quick. I have learned to use a mini whisk, at home, to make the batter more evenly smooth. Gluten free coffee cake is a rare commodity, I really enjoy this product!
