I love sharp cheddar cheese, and use this on my salads every night at dinner. I wish Walmart sold Kraft extra sharp, but since they don't sharp will have to do. Its a lot easier since it's already shredded and has always been fresh. Very delicious every time..I usually always keep a spare bag on hand.
