Great Heat Distribution

Have used Anolon for decades, and this pan does not disappoint. It was good to see equal temperature activity on all of the pan when cooking on a very low heat on the smallest gas ring when pan is central to the heat source.

Awesome pan!

This is my second 5 qt pan. My first one lasted me the better part of 30 years. Back in the day we called it a "chicken fryer" because of the straight sides. This ones is updated a little with a pretty copper outside color. I'm looking forward to many years of use.
