Bona was recommended to us by the person who refinished the oak floors throughout our house. We've also used it on furniture and other wooden items. It gets off all the dirt and grime, without damaging the wood or leaving a residue. Note that this is strictly a cleaner, so it won't leave an unwanted polished finish. If you want such a finish, this is a great first step.

With any hardwood floor cleaner you have apply it with a "dry mop" and it's a mini-workout! The cost of Bona is a little higher than I prefer to spend, but so are hardwood floors!
