Chef-mate's nacho cheese sauce makes nachos taste like your right in the stadium. I love that have a big can so I can freeze the remaining amount for multiple uses. has just enough heat to enhance the flavor past any of the other nacho cheese I have tried. why pay for extra nacho cheese at fast food places when you can freeze cubes of this cheese and have as much as you please.
