Double disappointment

Had Delta fixtures installed throughout when home was built five years ago. Mostly ok but shower control in guest bath first leaked, and after plumber repair, shower water is only luke warm. (Is satisfactory in adjacent sink.) Kitchen sink faucet control has also been a pain.

Hi, I'm very sorry that your experience with the Delta BT14096-OB faucet has been a negative experience. We work really hard to make sure our products work properly. If the plumber installed a new cartridge I would suggest checking to make sure the rotational limit stop was adjusted. The cartridge for this model comes set from the factory and must be adjusted during installation.
