I purchased Boliron Arnicare Bruise Relief Gel first at our local Walmart and also ordered it online. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and had bruises from my ankles to my upper thigh on the surgery leg and more on my good leg around the ankle also. I started using the Bruise Relief Gel on day two after surgery and it started showing results in 48 hours or less. It has been a month and I still have some bruises but the major part of them are gone. I must admit, I am not faithful at applying the gel so I am sure they would be gone had I followed the instructions. It also helped relive the discomfort of the bruises. And an added plus is it was more than half the cost of a recommended cream that didn't work as well.
