I'm so relieved! I've never been one to medicate for cramps. Plus everything else sucks! I'll usually just tuff it out with water and a heating pad. From missing countless days of school and work, I've finally found THE ONE! From the worst period cramps you can imagine, vomiting, etc. Every Month I only take 1 (2) tablet pack, then in 30 minutes I'm knocked out asleep and when I wake up the cramps are gone. Everytime! I love these! I always used regular Midol until my sister told me about these non-caffeinated pills; amazing! I can take these right before bedtime and fall asleep with ease plus get all the benefits of Midol; the help with cramps, bloating and overall feeling of blahness.
