My *very* finicky poodle rescue (who we think was raised on people food and table scraps) turns her nose up at *all* commercial pet food brands -- except for Freshpet! If she's hungry enough, she'll eat *some* flavors from Beneful and Pedigree, but even this is not a guarantee. Sometimes she'll just ignore what's in her bowl and take dry food over wet. She goes right for Freshpet, though! Cleans her bowl every time. We're so thrilled to *finally* -- after years of trying -- find a pet food that she likes and that is actually good for her. Since she's been on Freshpet (about a month now), she's running around like a puppy again. For a 12 or 13 year old dog, it's pretty amazing to watch. :-) Thank you Freshpet!

With puppies its always wise to integrate the foods from either dry to wet or what works best for the pups. My pups really like this food,its moist but not wet. I can add to it and I used to add beef baby food but I have slowly removed it so now this is the Go-To food. I still use dry but I don't give bones.Strickly dog food. Great product. FRESH PET, %231 choice chicken is their favorite -but I have broadened their flavors
