Too much eco not enough performance

I bought this as a replacement for a Moen handheld showerhead that was leaking and wished I kept the leaking one. This showerhead has no sprayforce whatsoever and the water just dribbles out on the shower setting.

The Moen Handheld shower allows 1.75 GPM at 60 PSI. If you are getting a lesser flow rate, please contact Moen directly for warranty assistance.
