Nature's Way Premium Herbal Melissa Lemon Balm Leaf, 1,500 mg per serving, 100 VCaps

My son and I have been using Melissa Leaves-Lemon Balm. We use it to reduce anxiety and he also benefits from the digestive properties of the Lemon Balm.

I use this product on days I feel tense and nights I can't sleep. It isn't as strong as something like valium, of course; it won't change your personality, but it is gentle and effective. Just a reminder, though: NOTHING has no side effects. Taking the full recommended dose (3 capsules) CAN make you drowsy and affect your driving and concentration--so consider what you'll be doing in the next few hours before you take it. Also, you might want to try taking less at first, especially if you're petite; I only take 2 and it works fine.
