I use this numbing spray on my legs, from below the knees down to my feet, before putting on my compression socks. I do not have any chronic leg issues, but this spray has significantly alleviated occasional pain and discomfort. Since using it, I'm able to walk without pain, which has made a big difference in my daily routine. The spray is easy to apply and works quickly.
