i ordered this for my granddaughter for school and sports. I ordered it a week earlier so she wouldn't have to buy more before it got here. It was two weekends later than first delivery date. Only communication was it arrived ready to be shipped showing it would be on time. It shoed this again, I called when I seen it wanting to know if I needed to buy some before it got here or if it might still be here on time. This was the day before the due date. I just wanted to know timing. I tried the automated when it sat in waiting a few days. I called customer service and arude lady said don't call before its two day's late. communication of me saying it has been sitting. I thought that why I had tracking! This isn't the first late order. It is the first I tracked. I usually send positive reviews even if something is late. Thank you,Vikki
