Horrible VidaXL experiences

Ive purchased the same thing among a few other items and I wish i never did, ill catch a felony if i EVER receive anything from VidaXL. Everything Ive ever purchased branded by VidaXL has been an ultimate fail. Wrong direction booklets, missing hardware, main supports missing, damaged goods, very cheap material that doesnt last more than 3 months. Trying to contact anyone that manages VidaXL is a nightmare. A storage shed I ordered had half the pieces to the larger model and half the pieces to the model I ordered and the direction booklet was for a completely different product and when i finally spoke to someone on chat, they acted like it was MY fault and did NOTHING... i still have the i guess what you may call a storage shed on my back patio collecting dust. VidaXL products are very cheaply made and drfinitely NOT worth the price of their products. Do NOT buy VidaXL products!
