Bright Beautiful Picture!
As much as I love Samsung products, I wished you still made remotes that were more senior friendly. There are no numbers on the remote to see for channels. My mom has mild dementia and this remote has become confusing for her. She can't just put in 13 to get her favorite channel. When the tv get accidently turned off, she leaves it off for hours because she gets confused with the screen choices. As much as we all love the newer technology it would help if we could still have some of the basic things too! The TV has bright, vivid beautiful colors and really appreciate the closed caption for her because of her hearing loss. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have to make this a more enjoyable experience for my 92 yr. old mom.
