The Rocky® S2V Steel Toe Tactical Military Boot is a Coyote Brown military boot that protects your foot, stands up to tough conditions and is comfortable to wear.This uniform-compliant boot is approved for wear with all applicable Operational Camouflage Pattern variations.This is a steel toe boot to protect your foot from objects that could fall on your toes. The safety toe meets ASTM standards.Made of flash-resistant, water-resistant leather and 1,000-denier CORDURA® nylon, this combat boot is coated for flame resistance.Drainage vents with advanced Rocky S2V Sieve technology circulate air in and push water out, allowing your feet to dry quickly.The durable, triple-stitched military boot stays together through wear and tear, and reduces ankle injuries with Roll-Stop Ankle Stability™. The stretch LYCRA® tongue hugs your foot for a secure fit.This boot has a Vibram® sole with proprietary high walls and a polyurethane midsole.Inside the footwear are features that make this a comfortable boot. The Berry Compliant moisture wicking lining wicks away moisture. The Air-Port™ footbed cushions your foot and has perforations for air flow. second set of these boots, best i have ever had. water resistance is not what i would have liked long term even with treatment to slow it down. so be aware. i use custom made inserts for my arch and have no issues. when new i don't need them at all FYI but over 3 years they do need that support as that does wear out. the boot after three years no rips or tears, no breaks in the rubber. even the boot straps are in great condition. i will say i have shifted to the Reebok brand boot and they are both very comparable new to new. but i give it to rocky for now as they are my go too for work at this time.

Great quality boots
I bought these boots a month ago and they're great. They're comfortable and the steel toe element is something you can trust. The only downside is the sizing. I normally wear an 11.5, I purchased an 11 and it had a bit more room in the front but it's not too big. I could've ordered a half size down but I'd be afraid they'd be too small. I suggest wearing a half size smaller than your normal size.
